Our team has decades of experience in federal, state, and local emergency management, humanitarian disaster relief, crisis communications, community organizing, and consulting. Our field work has taken us from single family home fires to large-scale incidents like Hurricane Harvey. We have worked extensively with communities that have been disproportionately impacted by disaster. We know what it’s like to try to respond to disasters with unfamiliar, outdated, non-inclusive plans, or no plan at all. We take lessons learned from years of preparedness, response, and recovery work, and apply them to plans for our clients.
